RXR selected Dutch St to lead a brand refresh and digital ad campaign for the iconic Starrett-Lehigh to launch its spectacular new 75,000 sf food, culture, fitness, art and community amenity offering. Dutch St partnered with IF Studio to develop creative that capitalized on Starrett-Lehigh’s legacy as one of New York City’s leading destinations for fashion, entertainment, media, design and technology companies. Centered on the theme of “Where Big Ideas Go To ……” the campaign highlighted features of Starrett-Lehigh’s new vertical amenity campus designed to engage and inspire tenants. Deliverables included logo refinements as well as digital eblast and ad campaigns and an updated leasing pitch deck.
